Building on previous creative work, this …more programme equips young people with the practical skills and confidence to bring events to life—from technical setup and lighting design to front-of-house management, event marketing, and backstage coordination. Participants will: Revisit and build upon past media or performance projects Work collaboratively to design and deliver a live event from concept to execution Gain real-world experience in sound, lighting, stagecraft, and production management Develop leadership, communication, and project management skills Receive guidance from industry professionals throughout the process This exciting opportunity not only strengthens technical and creative abilities but also supports young people’s wellbeing, employability, and sense of purpose through meaningful, hands-on learning. less
